Managed to enable telnet, thanks to your brilliant instructions.

**I understand telnet is quite old, but it's required for me to unlock the router**
However, after enabling telnet, I tried connecting to local port using telnet 192.168.1.2, and it has given the error message: "Connecting to server... Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connection failed".
